Individual Therapy
In-Person or Virtual
One-on-one meetings where we collaborate on what is holding you back in life to feel more confident and empowered in pursuing your goals and feeling like yourself again. Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and treatment goals. 45-50 minute sessions.
Stepmom Coaching
One-on-one meetings for the burnt-out, fed-up, or left out Stepmom that wants to show up differently for her partner and Stepkids. You will be provided with the tools to successfully navigate the common Stepfamily challenges and feel more sure of your role as a Stepmother.
Through intentional growth and healing, you can reconnect with yourself and begin to feel like you again.

Lilly Gibson is a Psychotherapist and Stepmom Coach in Southern California. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with many individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions in various settings including schools and community mental health, before opening her own private practice in 2019.
