My work focuses on supporting stepmoms, stepfamilies and children of divorce navigate their unique emotional and relational challenges as they navigate change.

As a licensed therapist in California (#107008), I help clients build resilience, understanding, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change so they can feel more connected to themselves and others in the midst of life’s challenges.

Individual Therapy

As a stepmom and blended family therapist, Lilly provides compassionate support and practical tools to help stepmothers feel more confident, understood, and empowered in their role.

Stepmom Coaching

One-on-one coaching for stepmoms who feel burnt-out, overwhelmed, or alone. Lilly helps you build confidence in your role by understanding common challenges and how to successfully move through them to strengthen relationships with your partner and stepchildren, and develop practical tools to navigate common stepfamily challenges like conflict resolution, boundary setting, blended family communication, and parenting strategies. Coaching is available virtually or in-person.

Through intentional growth and healing, you can reconnect with yourself and begin to feel like you again.

Lilly Gibson is a Psychotherapist and Stepmom Coach in Southern California. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with many individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions in various settings including schools and community mental health, before opening her own private practice in 2019.
